PvP Related Terms and their Meanings

• +1 - a request for a player to come to that fight to equalise or outnumber it.
• AT - Automated Tournament
• Bell - refers to the secondy objective in Revenge of the Capricorn.
• Bleed Out - refers to leaving a downstate to reach 0 health naturally, to prevent them respawning fast.
• Boon Rip - Removing boons from an enemy player.
• Buff - Usually refers to a map specific buff, eg. Tranquility on Temple of the Silent Storm.
• Burst - very high damage in a short amount of time.
• CC (Crowd Control) - Skills that Stun, Daze, Knockback, Knockdown, Fear, Taunt, Launch or Float.
• Close/Home - The node closest to your spawn.
• Cooldowns - refers to how many abilities a player has available to them. "Low on cooldowns" means they have nothing available to them.
• Corrupts - Converting an enemy's boons into conditions.
• Decap - Neutralising a captured node.
• FB - Firebrand.
• Far - The node farthest from your spawn.
• Feed - refers to a player dying over and over again.
• Gizmo - refers to the unique cosmetic that winners of a monthly automated tournament receive.
• ICD - Internal Cooldown.
• Inc - incoming (for instance 'war inc' would be 'warrior incoming to me')
• Lord - refers to the Guild Lord NPC in Legacy of the Foefire, and is often used to imply going to the NPC to kill it.
• Mid - The middle node.
• OOC - Out Of Combat
• OP - Overpowered.
• Plat - Platinum rank in PvP.
• QQ/salty - upset or mad.
• Qpop - Queue has ended and a game is about to begin.
• Scrims - friendly but tryhard practice matches.
• Signet - refers to dab and dab - being signeted means to be fully revived instantly.
• Stab - Stability.
• Stillness - a secondary objective in Temple of the Silent Storm.
• Strip - Removing boons from an enemy player.
• Target - A call for a target on a player to better focus them down. 
• ToL - Tournament of Legends - an infrequent Tournament which rewards legendary weapons for first place.
• Tranq - Tranqulility - a secondary objective in Temple of the Silent Storm.
• mAT - Monthly Automated Tournament
• r? - ready?
